ABOUT THE FIRM

Bayardo N. Aguilar, Jr., P.A. was founded by Mr. Bayardo N. Aguilar in 1998. Previous to opening his own firm, Mr. Aguilar practiced public accounting in South Florida for local mid-sized to large accounting firms. He graduated from University of Miami in 1989 and received his bachelor's degrees in accounting and management.
He received his Florida CPA certificate in 1994 and in December of the same year, completed his master's degree in business administration, with an international business specialization, at St. Thomas University. In August 2008, he received a Bachelor in French from Florida International University.  He also holds the Accredited in Business Valuation designation or ABV.
Mr. Aguilar has extensive experience in the following industries: broadcasting (radio stations), construction, real estate (property management), financial institutions, not-for profits, retail, wholesale, import and export, services (law firms, engineering, doctors, personnel staffing, and franchise restaurants), medical doctors, dentists, and home owners associations.
He is a member of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the United States Tennis Association. Mr. Aguilar is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
